There is no management company in between. The person who signs the lease is the person who owns the house, and the person who reads the email. Small by design: we would rather keep a few homes well than many badly.
Four things you can count on, in writing, before you sign.
Ownership
Every home we rent out is one we own. No subletting, no third-party managers, no call center.
Repairs
Urgent things are handled the same day. Everything else is scheduled within the week and done once, properly, by contractors we would use in our own homes.
Terms
Standard Arizona residential leases and no surprise fees. Deposits come back on the timeline the law sets, with an itemized statement if anything is held.
Reach
All of the homes are in and around Scottsdale, close enough to visit. One email address for everything, and a person answers it.
If something needs fixing, say so.
